At setup, you choose whether your grid shows every day since the day you were born (full-life view) or only days from today forward. You can switch modes at any time in Settings — your logged entries stay put.
Because you can see it tick up every second. It's a reminder that time is moving while you read this sentence.
If you sign in with email, Google, or Apple, your profile, mood ratings, sleep hours, and journal entries are stored in your private Firebase account, synced across all your devices. If you use Guest mode, data stays on your device only. Only you can access your data — we never sell or share it.
