How do I add a task?
Tap the + button in the bottom right of the task list. Type a title, optionally add notes, set a priority and a due date, then tap Save.
How does voice dictation work?
Tap the microphone icon next to any text field. The first time you do this, iOS will ask for microphone and speech-recognition permission — tap Allow. After that, just speak and your words will appear in the field. Tap the mic again to stop.
Why does dictation not work the very first time I tap it?
iOS needs a moment after granting microphone permission to fully start the audio session. If the first tap doesn't pick up audio, just tap the mic again — it'll work normally from that point on.
